Step 4: Design Appointment Soon after signing your agreement, your ready to start your selections and choose colors.  Many of the selections such as siding and window color as well as wall colors will be selected at the Signature Homes Office.  For allowance items such as cabinets, appliances and light fixtures you will make an appointment with one of our trade partners.  These partners will be listed in the specifications included in your contact and the amounts included for allowances are listed on the first page of your construction specifications.  Your homes final price will be adjusted depending on your selections of allowance items.
