Contract
Signing Once you
have selected the plan and lot then
finalized any structural changes to the
plan, the builder will prepare a final
set of drawings, contract and
specifications. At this time a
closing date will be determined and your
deposit is paid (typically 5% of
the homes sales price). The
specifications spell out the allowances
for selection items and list the
materials to be used in the home.
