Step 2: Meet the Builder Signature Homes will work with you to help you determine the right floor plan and community for you.  Once you have selected the home you would like to build, we will walk you through the building process and work with you on any "structural options" and exterior changes.  Structural items are those that can change the floor plan or elevation such as ceiling and wall changes, room additions, etc. and must be completed prior to contract signing.
