  Customer Care

Your home warranty will be managed by one of our customer care managers.  We offer a 30-60 day customer service call as well as a year end service call.  Our customer care manager will contact you to set up an appointment to review any items you may have.  After review, the customer care manager will coordinate with an trades or suppliers that may be needed, and schedule a time to come back and complete your service call. It is our goal to coordinate the service call to limit the inconvenience to the customer.



30-60 Day Service Visit:
After you move into your new home you may have some questions or concerns.  Please allow time to adjust to your new home and prepare one list.  You will receive a 30-60 day inspection letter and form to fill out and send back in.  When your customer care manager receives your list they will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Year End Service Visit: Prior to your one year anniversary you will receive a year end letter and service request form.  At this stage your home will have gone through one entire heating and cooling season and any shrinkage or settling that might occur should be complete.  When your customer care manager receives your list they will contact you to schedule an appointment.

General Service Request: We ask that all non-emergency request for service be in writing.  If any nuisance type items pop up between your two schedules service appointments please contact the warranty manager.  Nail pops and drywall shrinkage cracks will be addressed all at one time at your one year home anniversary.   Simply fill out the appropriate form below:


Emergency Items: Please call your builders cell phone or the related trade directly (trade phone numbers are listed in your home owner binder).
